Clearwater Centre, LLC, and ESPACIO USA, INC. have partnered to make Clearwater Centre Residences & Shoppes a reality in downtown Clearwater. The two firms will have equal positions in a newly established joint venture company named Clearwater Espacio Development, LLC.

According to Clearwater Centre's Managing Partner Guy Bonneville, "Strong alliances are an essential element to any business. Clearwater Centre is a landmark revitalization project making use of the existing high-rise building located at 1100 Cleveland Street. The 15-story tower and surrounding property is being fully renovated and expanded along with some brand new construction. The property will feature 71 luxury condominium residences, 17 one and two-story city homes, resident amenities including concierge services, pool/spa deck, fitness center and party room, and over 20,000 square feet of convenient, up-scale, retail/office space. Located In Clearwater's Townlake area, Clearwater Centre will beautifully combine the breathtaking views of a new downtown Clearwater, the vibrant Intracoastal Waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico.
